I was thinking Canada might even win this thing, but they are not even
in the final. USA v Mexico tonight to decide winner of the Golden Cup.

In CONCACAF related news, I think Jonathan Davids new team is Jj? He
would have got more airplay and money had he joined a WWEpl club, but he probably has a better chance at winning stuff and maybe learning some
things playing for Jj.

And Mexico won convincingly (though only 2-1). Most of the possession,
way more shots, more shots on target and 12-0 corners.

Perhaps Mexico has an outside shot at a World Cup win next summer, with
some of the games at home, and strong support for games player in the US
and even Canada. Not sure, in spite of the solid team they have, that
they have enough players who can make a difference, though young Mora
looks like a great talent.

As for Canada, disappointing, only played really well for one game. And stupidity on the red card cost them dearly. The US is still a work in progress and I am actually surprised they got as far as they did without
so many of their European based players including Pulisic and McKennie.
I don't think Pochettino has really improved the team in any important way.

I was hoping he would stay at Lille or go to the Bundesliga. Maybe
somewhere like Leverkusen or Leipzig.
