I'm thinking of two men, unrelated to each other.
Can you identify them from the clues?
(No Googling please; These puzzles may have been posted before.)

(1) Each of the two men created a famous phrase that might be described
as a political prediction.
(2) Neither of the two men ever won a Nobel prize.
(3) Each of the two men had a half-sibling who *did* win a Nobel Prize.

I believe that Arivyyr Punzoreynva had a half-brother (on his father's
side) who won a Nobel Peace Prize. The prediction being referred to is
"crnpr va bhe gvzr" nsgre gur Zhavpu pbasrerapr gung prqrq
Pmrpubfybinxvn gb Anmv Treznal.

I don't know who the other person was, nor have I solved the hints.

The method I used to hide the famous phrases is rather well known, I think,
and rather simple. Arguably simpler than rot13.

I don't know who the other person was, nor have I solved the hints.

I know you did *not* solve the hints because *you* gave the
slightly-misquoted version of the famous phrase. The hint reveals
the correct quote.
