  • Raspberries and Apple Sauce

    Bought some raspberries at a very good price. Well, once you eat them
    you can see why the low price. Not very juicy.

    I put them in a dish, added some sugar and smooched them up. Next
    morning, they were OK. I also notice a I had a bit of applesauce left
    over. Maybe a half cup. OK, why not mix them? That made for a nice
    snack this morning.

    Nice. I had some applesauce yesterday with garam masala in it.

    Whenever any type of berries go on sale, I use some to mix in with
    cottage cheese or plain yogurt.
