I hadn't seen the old man next door in about a year. His son moved back
from Cali a couple of years ago to take care of him. I was outside
grilling pork steaks, and he seemed very lucid. I offered him a pork
steak, and he said that he'd like one. I made him a plate with some
corn on the side. I hope that the pork steak isn't too spicy for him.
It was marinated in cherry juice, and the home made BBQ sauce was also
cherry juiced. The caramelization of the BBQ sauce was not what it
could have been, but the tenderness was A+. I had to go through a lot
of moving the meat around, simply because there were too many pork
steaks for the space on the Weber Kettle. https://photos.app.goo.gl/6s9WMuVMaGbsDgzg8
I'm not adding additional descriptions, as the Sisterhood of the
Neglected Vulva are the only ones who generally comment, and they aren't
    much for details.
