Apparently those recovery rides are working. Although I didn't sleep well last night, while I was trying to keep my speed down to Zone 1, my average speed was up in Zone 2 without trying. When I got home my average speed was 2 tenths higher even though I had to ride into pretty heavy headwind on the way out and I did hnot get a tailwind on the way home.
It doesn't look like I will mwtch last month's milea but close enough. n the meantime Flunky as ridden 1500 more virtual miles averaging twice my acctual measured speed and Liebermann after medical authorities have reported 645 of everyone who recieved mRNA vaccines has permanently damaged hearts is quoting the Biden and California governments as reliable sources of information. Doesn't it just thrill you that these two were thought leaders on bicycles.tech?
