    Given how easy it would be to set up an account under most any name on
    quite a few apps I'm not sure how one would prove it's him other than
    perhaps by IP addresses.

    It's not as if either his first or last name is rare - someone with a
    rare first and last name (e.g. like me) would be even easier to spoof.
