    I have always found it incredibly stupid to leave dogs tied up outside >places. Would you leave a toddler alone outside a shop?? It's far too
    easy for some scumbag to simply walk off with them. :-\

    I commonly walk my late wife's dog near the location where I normally
    vote but no question only a complete idiot would leave Fido tied up
    unattended and I wouldn't take him along if I were planning to vote.

    I try very hard to avoid "unforced errors"...
