Over in Sunday "Popeye", which is good again and very colorful, Olive
has been trying to get a tattoo like her boyfriend. Thankfully this
fails because her arms seem to be pretty literally rubber (which is no
surprise after watching the cartoons), but the partial solution to
that is apparently leading into a new adventure continuity with a title
that might be familiar here...
