It's "blame the pharmacist day" at: https://www.rnz.co.nz/news/national/571010/pharmacist-failed-to-consult-gp-three-times-before-man-s-fatal-brain-bleed

Here is Willy's interpretation of this story:
It's August 2021 and the COVID vaccine rigmarole is in full swing.
Poor bastard "A" (how the News names him) gets blood clotting from his
jabs. They put him on Warfarin, a blood thinner. Now remember
everyone is masked and locked down and being stampeded by the media to
be terrified all the time. So the pharmacy has a blood thinner test,
but "A" gets the test result that his blood is being thinned too much,
so the pharmacy reduces the dosage, but too late, poor "A" has a brain hemorrhage and dies. The doctor (who was unavailable due to being run
off his feet by all the COVID stuff) blames the pharmacy, the
pharmacy's blood-thinner tester runs off back to India, and the
pharmacy stops doing the blood thinner testing (bet they were pissed
off for being blamed by the actually-guilty parties).

Outcome: A vaxx death blamed on the pharmacy which had been doing all
it could under dire circumstances. "Safe and Effective" wins again!

You will observe the news article reads much differently. You can't
    hate the legacy media enough.
