    It is interesting that NCEA was introduced in 2002 to 2004 which is 20 years ago and somewhat before Labour went woke. You could say it was before its
    time and a generation has tried this out.

    I guess it may have started ou okay by it was hijacked by the increasing
    woke mindset.
