• Electron35 does not build with LTO option

    Hello.

    Once again an LLVM version bump si required (possibly to chase Rust's).
    So, the following (for Makefile) fixes it:
    < LLVM_DEFAULT= 19
    ---
    LLVM_DEFAULT= 20

    Thanks for the heads up. According to the Rust Changelogs[1], it uses
    LLVM 20 since version 1.87.

    I'm on it.
    We are currently at Rust 1.88 in ports and it built just fine with my
    llvm19, so perhaps it's not as strict a requirement for now.
