VMS Tech Demo 26 - fun with Apache Camel:
https://www.vajhoej.dk/arne/articles/vmstd26.html
First question most readers have is probably: what is Camel?
The answer is that it is a Java routing framework.
Which just raises a new question: what the heck is a routing framework?
It routes (moves data) from N data formats & data sources to
M data formats & data sources.
The article demos:
CSV file---|
JSON file--| |-->RDBMS table
XML file---|--Camel--|
JSON/HTTP--| |-->log
XML/MQ-----|
It can be a fun toy to play with. For those into that type
of stuff.
