I have a Samsung Galaxy A16.
Every time that I press the power button I now get this screen asking
me to turn on Gemini. How do I get rid of this screen and restore the original functionalities of the power button?
I understand that by simultaneously pressing the power and volume down buttons I get the original functions, but would prefer getting rid of
this Gemini screen...

Can you switch assistants from Gemini to Google Assistant?
Settings -> Google assistant, scroll down to Digital assistant, select
Gemini or Google assistant.

Isn't there a search function in Android settings?

I was able to find Digital Assistant.-a It shows that the recommended AI assistant is Google.-a No other choice is possible.
I noticed that in Settings -> Apps there is one called Gemini. Disabling
it does not solve the issue.-a There does not seem to be a way to
uninstall it.

Thanks Frank. That's exactly what I wanted.
