I talk about the fonts not the size of it.

As far as I know, it's still Roboto font, probably in a slightly heavier weight for a sort of 'plump' look?

Whatever it is, it looks worse for me and I don't understand, why you
    can not even change it.

And today I also found a new bug: the name of the mobile provider, which
is displayed when you open the navigation drawer, is always written in
black, even in dark mode - so you can read it at all then. And of course
there is no setting for this.

It's been a long time coming, after the Android 16 update itself felt
trivial, we (Pixel owners that is) finally get the Material 3 Expressive

The usual sites (9to5google, android police, android authority) have all
got summaries of the what's new ... mine's just about to reboot.

Had to check for updates manually to get it. Both before and after, I
wish the date and day of week on the lock-screen were bigger, so, like
the time, I could read them without glasses.

Also with Android 16 and "Material Expressive" the date and day of week
are still very small and you can not change this, only the size of the
    clock itself.

Accessibility or useful settings are not important, only a different
    look :-(.

Here, the provider is always in white. so white on black in dark mode
and white on mid-grey in light mode, readable in both cases.

One thing which does look odd to me is the new battery icon if you don't
have %age turned on, it's just a lozenge shaped blob.

Yeah - everything *must* be rounded nowadays because defined shapes with
    edges are bad :-(
