I no longer belive lack of 4G is why
it doesn't work in Baltimore. But I think Boost, like me, can't
imageine why it doesnt' work and that's why they made up the story of no
4G.
Has VoLTE been mentioned?
I started to tell her about that, but at that time, she still thought
Boost was going to fix it for her. Then she was in Denver for 10 days
and the phone worked there. And she found she can call me and others on Whatsapp, I should have brought it up again but time was very short on
Monday. Now she's in N.J. again where the phone works. She doesn't
live in the US. She was here because her daughter was very sick and for
her own medical treatment (Covered by Medicare, but only when in the US)
I think on the next trip she'll go with some company other than Boost.
I think relatively few people know exactly *how* a 4G/5G mobile network >hangs together ...
Isn't it the same as how 3G/4G worked together?
