So lets just break the fear/scaremongering propaganda avalanche
orthodoxy that has been the main feature in the public domain
discussions on this subject for the many decades since the ending of
World War 2.

First let's just put this one to rest.
Nope, you've been duped.
The USSR had never any intention of invading the USA, and definitely not Australia. And that is a fact.
Yes they were certainly hoping for a chain of revolutions across the
globe throwing over the capitalist system, but that is a completely
different cattle of fish. The who "planned invasion" bullshit war cooked
up the US and its closest political allies in order to justify the cold
war, and to strengthen their iron-fisted control over their own
population. Yes, you had been fully conned.

And something similar is true right now. Although China has no ambition
of exporting "revolutions" to other countries like the USSR did, it does represent real economic challenge to the US domination over the World.
And sadly the Australian corporate establishment just as the political hard-right lead by the LNP, are absolutely subservient to the US
Empire's interests.
Clearly the Murdoch propaganda machinery is doing its worst
shit-stirring routine to create an alarmist propaganda sentiment against
China
Does that really serve our interests? Of course not, but neither the US
nor its minions give a damn about us.
