between taxable income vs the tax they have actually paid is growing
year by year.

yes, there is a sector that do pay their fair share, by those on the top
are excel only on dodging this with amazing success. So guess where that
money goes: Stuffing off shore tax heaven bank accounts, financing
political bribes and hard-capitalist propaganda think tanks, share
buybacks and similar profits maximising schemes and insane luxury for
the top elite.
