boot dist and install as new

Open File Explorer, right-click on the encrypted drive, and select
"Manage BitLocker". Then, click "Turn off BitLocker" and follow the
prompts.

(in my case partially, numbers work, F10 when held down brings it up,
could be F2?)
To fix download a WIN 11 ISO Boot disk I think can access the BIOS
Windows 11 ISO file is necessary to build a bootable media that can be
used to boot target computers into Windows 11. Windows 11 comes with
various advantages like Android application support, quicker reset,
improved security, and better performance.
