Echolot software takes an average of 12 days of pings.
Notice how 4 days ago Frell2 didn't respond to any pings
on that day. The space for that day is empty. So this
short downtime caused the 12 day average to take
a hit. Even though Frell2 at 73% reliability is likely
    working perfectly fine today.

Ok, but why banana failed to respond for two day
and has a better value 99.3%?

You're correct, banana shows 2 days of no pings.
But that is misleading. I believe those empty spaces are there because
Banana renewed its mix key and so that was the starting point of pings
being returned for the new key.

You will see this same behavioe for every remailer that has started
fresh with a new key. It's normal behavior.
