There are random relay 554s for every remailer host in existence. I
can see them all the time in log files.

I post via frannie frequently, it's a decent entry point and
reliable.
fleegle is also very good and reliable. frannie seems to hang for
30
secs sometimes, but depending on sender timeout values it does
eventually continue and complete. You just have to wait.
