Terminal port over sock 6 into port 3 runs through mem_patch.py
therfore I can't set the relay for outbound messages. Is it
possible to patch it through python build_omnimix.py then reset
the original port to run through /iidx/chart_modifier?

OmniMix relaying works fine if you take the time to configure AnoMailS properly. Great program and mail support.

Your program is no good as it uses dizum, whose mail2news blocks one of
the most heavily used groups in usenet, alt.fan.rush-limbaugh. It's a
target of leftists who use it as a sewer of hatred. Of course it's
going to attract attention and counter-responses.

The blocking is pointless because one of the whiners who probably
complained is dead finally, and a likely other has gotten his ass beaten
so badly for being an asshole by users from other news servers - that he
has ceased posting. A third probable whiner, using one of his thousand
+ socks complains about everyone who replies to his posts, and is
generally ignored by abuse desks.

Well, Alex is running dizum for decades and it is reliable and he is
one of the only persons providing such a service via his smtp server,
hence the reason I use it. If he blocks groups than that's his decision
and I do not complain. But almost all groups are whitelisted by him,
so no complains from me.
