Number of Anon SMTP delivery retries increased from 5 to 9, where with 5+
retries the amount of packets is now distributed among multiple hosts.
Deletion of the remailer packet pool before and after Mixmaster / YAMN
calls now controllable to allow offline creation and online injection.
Mixmaster and Yamn remailer packets whose filename starts with an 'm'
renamed immediately after creation to prevent deletion by Mixmaster
during further calls.
