Being pedantic, Mexico is American in that it's part of North
America. But, of course, most people mean the United States when they
reference "America." This is the case here.
It's been proved, more times than I care to count, that
authentic, Mexican tacos are soft shell.
There are many other items of food related trivia, but none
readily fit into the fast food category.
Maybe the Brominated Vegetable Oil in beverages segment that
starts at 9:11. Since some fast food places offer Pepsi products, like
Mountain Dew, it could fit.
I will state that I've been consuming Diet Dew since the late
80's. And regular Dew for a bit before that. My memory seems intact.
To the point it annoys some. I did have acne in my teen years, but I
don't think any additives were the reason.
You might think with my diabetes nerve damage would be present.
But there is none at this time.
Of course, Brominated Vegetable Oil is now banned in the U.S. as
a food additive. It is still acceptable in flame retardant products.
