I use my icon for offline/online frequently to help Tb 'get along w/'
the NSP or else Tb runs into 'timeout' problems. I never have understood
that properly; so I just work around it.

I suppose I should say something in the Tb group, but your msg in Ffx
    reminded me.

I'm a double idiot, I posted into the firefox group.

I switch FB to offline when I turn on the VPN; if I don't I get a ton
of bounce/error/whatever messages/problems that I have to deal with in
some way, possibly even having to feed in new passwords. I learned my
    lesson months ago...
    Carry on.
