• Colour Color

I have three Firefox profiles for different things.
The two lesser profiles have no color problems, but the big profile used
every day has some color annoyances.

Assume I have no userChrome.css or userContent.css with color
    configurations in them.

Is there a simple way to reset the colors in Firefox back to the install default colors?

    Advice would be appreciated.

I need to add to the above.

It's not theme related, as I've tried a number of different light, dark
colored etc themes, and these do not make any difference to the color
    annoyance in the one theme.

All three profiles use the same theme.
It appears to be a link/url, once used it changes to the problem color a
    dark purple.

I wonder where that's set in Firefox as I'd prefer it to be Red #fa1616 ?

    Thanks

    What colors? Theme? That's simple.
Can't think of anywhere else other than a theme. You can set some colors in settings.

In preferences. There's a "custom color" setting. You can pick link colors. --

Create a new FF profile by launching it using the -p switch. Your old
profile will remain untouched should you decide to go back to it.

No point, I already have two other profiles that work okay which could be re-purposed...

    Thanks for the thought. :-)

After I'd messed with it for a few days Firefox came right in the color department, and that was okay for a couple of days.

However, today 01 Oct, I allowed Firefox to update to 143.0.3 and after
the Restart, the effing Purple color for Visited links was back.

Changed to a backup Profile, backed up with correct colors, but the shitty purple was still there.

There must be something the Fx app is doing to cause this as I don't have Purple set anywhere?
