I think I encountered the following problem in Windows:

Firefox address bar and some icons on the toolbar NOT clickable - Ask Ubuntu <https://askubuntu.com/questions/1547997/firefox-address-bar-and-some-icons-on-the-toolbar-not-clickable>

When I look at the "known Firefox bug" mentioned on that askubuntu
    page, namely <https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1955112>,
I see someone reporting this for Windows 11.

An answer on the askubuntu page says
if I select any tab and drag it around with my mouse in the tab
list, it immediately makes all of the tabs responsive again

    Does that work for you?

I am now reluctantly posting a fake address because of the
large number of sites scraping Usenet articles without
permission and putting them on their own pretend forum sites.

First it is not my job to put down MS. However, Windows 11 is very
biggie, one of the frustration is what you experienced, but I have had
the same problem in several other programs. I also have copied a file several times into the same place. because unlike Windows 10, Windows 11
does not away refresh the window when you do something like copy or
delete. ie the file may be deleted but still show in the folder.

Waiting for the bug to show up again. So far I have seen the bug twice.
