You say/ask 'Already?' But, in my experience, this has always been the case with Mozilla products. They release a patch, then change their mind within 24 hours and release yet another patch to rectify the first one.
People should avoid updating any Mozilla products until things have settled down. For example, avoid version 141.x.x and just use version 140.1.0 until version 142 is released. Stay one release behind, as you rarely get any new features you've always wanted. Not with Mozilla anyway.
