Pro, Enterprise, and Educational editions So, not for the hoarde of Home edition users where appwiz.cpl -> Windows Features does not list Windows Sandbox.
For the Home crowd, use VirtualBox which also has a taskbar to give you modeless running of shortcuts to apps ran inside a VM; i.e., you see the virtualized app's window, but not inside a window for the entire VM's desktop, or use the typical setup of the VM shown in its own window.
Anything ran inside a VM will be slower than ran on native hardware.
Sometime not noticeable, but sometimes aggravating.

It is slower. Most of that seems to be disk activity. My VMs sped up a lot when I started using a NVMe (and that was on a machine without native NVMe support, but with a PCIe 4X slot and an adapter card).

If this is Sandbox, a feature of Windows 10/11 why didn't you say so & give proper links rather than pointing to Youtube?
