I had purchased this years ago, it makes a nice way to tweak the UI of
    Win11 and File Explorer. $5.

If you ask any Qs about start menu or file explorer, make sure to
mention that you are using it ...

Why would I ask questions about that, though?

Ah, well, I'm more of the person who'd answer a question on that level,
than ask it, but who knows.

Typically, a knowledgeable person like yourself, would be
asking a question about "a new aberrant behavior after Patch Tuesday".
You likely know how to use stuff when it is working
properly, but we see all sorts of weird things when
an interface no longer works right. And mentioning an
add-on like that, helps triangulate where the problem
    might be.

I had a failure here one day, after a Patch Tuesday, where the
icons on the Task Bar started dancing at high speed. At a
high enough speed, you dare not click on something because
the wrong thing is going to get selected. It was bad enough,
my only response was to press alt-F4 and do a shutdown. I couldn't
even dare to use the Power icon in Start, because the Start icon
was also jumping around. That alt-F4 is so so handy, when
    shit hits the fan.

One guy has Explorer Patcher and WindHawk (a patch/mod framework),
and now that I know that, I'm better able to respond when
he mentions a weirdness on the machine.
