One more time creaping featurism. "Let's improve this, it's just
a small addition."
Eventually you have _Word 95_ which takes _almost_ as much
resoruces and time to start up as Office, when all I wanted to do was
make a note, shopping list, or other trivial task.

The Notepad has a Settings wheel, and you can turn off some of
the Features that way.
The markup bar is not enabled on mine (Formatting to Off).I will have to look.
