    There is no 'Defrag' On/Off setting for an SSD.
    Win10/11 automatically configure SSD's for 'Trim', unlike an HDD's
    automatic setting in Win10//11 for 'fragmentation'

    In Win10/11 a specific disk(SDD and/or HDD) can be configure to optimize
    or not optimize(on a schedule) . The schedule for a specific disk can be enabled or disabled.

    It's doubtful the op forgot anything, more likely you've forgotten(or
    didn't know) how Win10/11 functions.
