How many peace treaties have there been between Israel and
neighboring countries in the last 75 years? And all of them have
    been broken.

You really want to do a happy dance about this, ONE DAY into
    it?

I think I'll ask my AI, "How many peace treaties have there been

You really should ask that, Julian. Because I just asked Copilot
and ChatGPT, and we have had peace treaties in the Middle East
for the last 75 years and NONE OF THEM HAVE BEEN BROKEN!

Seriously, this is a fact! Check it out. Prove me wrong. We have
had peace between Israel and its neighbors all through the slaughter
of 20 wars since 1947. Isn't it wonderful that no peace treaties
have EVER been broken in the Middle East!!!

Of course the hostages were a big deal if for no other reason than

And lots of splashy news when they are released.

The only solution, long term, is to make Gaza an arms free international territory and relocate the refugees camps to Lebanon, Syria, Jordan and

It's a good case for colonialism. Put someone in charge to rule over the Palestinians until such time as they can get their act together. 100
    years at least.

Maybe Egypt, or Saudi, or the Arab Emirates, or Tony Blair. But not
    Israel or the US.

    That much is agreed.

Apparently, some people do suffer from wishful-thinking syndrome. A
perpetual refugee camp administered by an armed terrorist group is not tenable, even in the short term.

The question is, who is going in there to disarm the terrorists?

There's only two countries that could do that - the US and Israel.

Apparently, the US Sixth Fleet will be deployed and arrive in the area
in about one day. The US Special Forces may have to go in there and
straighten things out. There are approximately 3,000 armed militants
still causing trouble and stirring up the people in Gaza City.

How many peace treaties have there been between Israel and
neighboring countries in the last 75 years? And all of them have
    been broken.

You really want to do a happy dance about this, ONE DAY into
    it?

I think I'll ask my AI, "How many peace treaties have there been
between Israel and neighboring countries in the last 75 years,
and how many of them have been broken?"

Maybe you should ask Grok, too.

    Ned

It all depends on how you load the question.

How many wars has Israel fought since 1948?

    CoPilot

Since its establishment in 1948, Israel has been involved in seven
major, recognized wars with its Arab neighbors. These large-scale wars
are separate from the multiple armed conflicts, military operations, and
two major Palestinian uprisings (intifadas) that have also occurred
    during this period.
