This Trump trolling has got to stop!

This kind of gas lighting is getting way too effective. Trump is turning
the tables over and is too quick on the draw. He probably sleeps less
than three hours a night and must type 100 wpm!

Fight crime in US cities. Send in the troops. It's brilliant!

Everyone knows there is no crime in Chicago!

Who does Trump think he is, trying stamp out crime like that conspiring
to get rid of the local mafia. It's just outrageous what this guy is

Crime in the US is generally down, with the FBI reporting an estimated

According to a letter sent to the Metropolitan Police Department Chief
Pamela A. Smith from James Comer, the chairman of the committee on
oversight and government reform, MPD reportedly placed Third District Commander Michael Pulliam on administrative leave in May after he was
    accused of altering crime reports.

"Unfortunately this practice does not appear to be isolated, nor is it a recent development," the letter reads. "MPD recently entered into a
settlement agreement related to allegations that senior MPD officials
were engaged in falsifying crime statistics to artificially lower
    reported crime rates."

This comes less than a week after the Department of Justice opened an investigation into whether DC officials falsified data to make crime
rates appear lower than they are.

WUSA9 Chief Investigative Reporter Eric Flack conducted the first
exclusive interview with MPD Sergeant Charlotte Djossou in February
2020. Djossou, a 15-year department veteran previously honored for her
work, went public with allegations that senior officials falsified crime statistics.

In her exclusive interview with WUSA9, Djossou detailed how DC Police supervisors were ordering investigators to downgrade crime
classifications from more serious crimes to less serious ones to make
the city's crime statistics look better.

    De-fund the Police?

Many police departments across the US are facing officer shortages, with surveys showing significant staff deficits and departments operating at reduced capacity.

Trump is going after crime in US cities. That's always a winning
message. Almost everyone hates crime. Democrats better get a winning
    message, and fast.

Trump's trolling lately is just brilliant!

A normal police commander would probably not alter the crime stats down,
but up, in an effort to get more police funding. So, I'm suspect.

Apparently there is an acute shortage of police candidates and many
    officers are retiring soon.
