"Middle East: Israel approved new settlements in the occupied West
Bank and announced that it was advancing plans to take over Gaza City, >raising questions about the viability of a new cease-fire proposal."
Isn't it time to stop worrying about "raising questions"? I would say
there is no question.

So it does not matter the tiniest bit how other nations are deciding
to declare palestine a nation? We actually knew that, but were kind
of pretending to not notice.

Israel is the Palestine State - the refugees are from Jordan and Egypt.
It does not matter what other Jew-hating nations think. Israel is the
Middle East super power now. The chickens have come home to roost.

You mean the chickens have come home to shit on their roosts, which is
mostly what chickens do, besides lay a few eggs if you have ever
actually been in a chicken coop. But yes, the analogy applies.

motivation is holy war.
Which is different from israel being in the process of actually doing
that to the palestinians.

So there should be no room for israel.
The key words are holy war against Jews everywhere. It's not about
refugees getting their own state with perpetual refugee status.
The refugees could have declared themselves a sovereign state at any--
time in the last two decades. Why havenAt they?
Because Arafat's aim was not a two state solution, but the killing of
Jews everywhere. No Palestine for the Arab League!

refugees getting their own state with perpetual refugee status.
The key words are in effect doing exactly that to palestine. Neither
side gets a free pass. I'm sure they will both be struggling with
that for centuries.
