Here are just a few that I have run into:

Fed up with Microsoft who originally said that Windows 10 would be the
last new version and then came out with Windows 11.

    2. Angry with Microsoft because Windows 11 eliminated many perfectly
good computers from being able to be upgraded. I have had many clients
that had computers that they purchased as little as 3 or 4 years ago and
they were not able to be upgraded simply because their specific computer happened to have the wrong CPU.

    3. Upset with Microsoft over the way OneDrive has taken over their
computers and in some cases completely messed up their computer.

    4. Tired of Microsoft in general over pushing Subscriptions to Microsoft Office. Many people simply do not want to add another monthy or yearly subscription.

    5. Some users are pissed at Microsoft for closing their Microsoft
Stores. I have some clients that decided to purchase a Microsoft Surface simply because they felt that there was a store to go to and did not
have to go to Staples or BestBuy to purchase and get support. They then decided to closed their stores.

    6. Some clients purchased the rather expensive Microsoft Surface
computers and then found that Microsoft had followed Apples logic of
building computers that cannot be upgraded or repaired.

    7. Finally the biggest complaint is why should I have to upgrade, my
current computer is perfectly fine and does absolutely everything I
need. There is really no good reason to upgrade except Microsoft is
making me. It is not like there is anything NEW in Windows 11 that the majority of users need or want.

Why do you need it? You do not. It's main feature is that it
attempts to further suppress shareware and independent software
development, that in the name of "security".

The important thing is to have well matched os/hardware. For instance
Ryzen 5 5600 works a charm with win 10. Much better than earlier
processors. When you have that balance, it is time to stop upgrading
at least until it no longer supports the general computer environment.
