    These aren't great examples, a better comparison would be the
    percentage who vote Republican for Congress and then seeing what
    percentage of seats are held by Republicans.

    I don't know what the answer is, but it's hard to vote
    for a Party that isn't fielding candidates because they want
    to avoid offending the dominant Democratic Party.

    With these states already gerrymandered into a lopsided Democrat congressional majority, Democrats canrCOt do much more there than they already have.

    The Associated Press says that Democrats only gerrymander as a
    response to Republican gerrymandering in a different state; could it
    be that the AP doesn't always tell the truth?
