With the Colorado conversion therapy case all but decided in favor of
there being "religious viewpoints" that the State cannot prohibit even
for individuals whom they license, what the Academy says is just another "so-so" perspective. How far will this go? Biology teachers who want
to teach ID, or say that vaccines are not efficacious, as all disease is caused the Devil? Or, a history teacher, who is a Scientologist,
claiming that a certain historical document was, in fact, fabricated by extraterrestrial beings? How about a criminal defendant who wishes to
claim that any matching DNA test was manipulated by someone who was
using their paranormal powers due to a grudge?
Where will it end?
