Thanks. We don't like the word "tizzy," since it has Dreckweasel connotations, but he certainly is "bothered and bewildered." His "old friend" seems to have had a dark side. We were thinking that if Charlton/Charlotte had been in prison for the past 4 years, perhaps s/he couldn't pay taxes with cigarettes?
