The audience at NBC’s “Saturday Night Live” cheered upon
hearing the name of Luigi Mangione, the man who is charged
with murdering UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson in New
    York City earlier this month.

It happened when “Weekend Update” anchor Colin Jost began
to talk about Mangione being transported back to New York
City by authorities after he was captured in Pennsylvania.
Jost barely managed to mention Mangione’s name before the
audience cheered and he stopped mid-joke to acknowledge
    the elation in the room.

    . . .

    NOT unexpected.

Republicans like to view this as anti-capitalist
    sentiment, neo-Marxism.

But that's not QUITE true, it's too simplicit. There
are GOOD corps/CEOs and then there are HORRIBLE ones
    who cause vast suffering.

Medical & related costs have crept up SO high now
that people are in despair. Insurance corps now
TRY to cheat you - keep you from getting what you
paid for. That's horrible behavior - and somewhere
you just CAN'T have it. If "Hair Club" screws you
then so what - but if you can't get a heart attack
    dealt with properly .....

"Profit" is important, but the word does not excuse
EVERYTHING. Mangione thus became an instant folk hero
    in the Jessie James mold.

Now that he has full populist backing after carrying out one of Trump's aspirations his obvious next step is to run for president on the
    Republican ticket.
