The famous "Magic Melody Part 2" from 1959. It was only issued as a
promo by Capitol but its hugely rare.

    Famous?

    I never heard of it.

    I never heard of it.

Looks like it was "famous" among DJs at the time.

Magic Melody was originally released as the B-side to "Amukiriki (The
Lord Willing)" which reached #38 on the US charts.

Notably absent from the end of the record though, were the last two
notes of "Shave and a Haircut, two bits." From what I've heard, DJs kept
asking about these missing notes, and it grew to the point where Capitol Records released on a white promo label "Magic Melody - Part II." This
record is exactly what you think it is. It was also almost certainly the shortest vinyl record ever made at the time of it's release with a total
    length of 1 second.

Anyways, here on YouTube you can find "Magic Melody Part 1" and "Magic
Melody Part 2" separately, however, to my knowledge no one has ever
bothered to stitch the two together. So here it is: Magic Melody Parts I
& II, joined for the first time since 1955.

I'm sure the more discerning viewers will be able to pick up the subtle difference in sound the last two notes have.

Over here on the civilised side of the puddle I've seen it mentioned
several times in various well read publications as not only the shortest recording ever put out on record but the shortest there ever could be
    (at ONE second long!)

Seriously Capitol sent it out (as a joke?) to deejays who'd complained
that the last two notes of the regular "Magic Melody" were missing.
It only exists as a radio promo white label copy AFAIK
