THis one never appealed much to me I'm afraid.

I've seen it on a yellowy "Blue Moon" label credited to "The Downbeats"
but mentioning Johnny Amelio. Same recording but earlier release I
    assume?

I sensed that both Roger and Bruce would find neither this side nor
the Joe Weaver side very appealing...

The video says that it's a repro, aka boot.

Here's the artist's page on Rockin' Country Style.

There's a reissue of the 45 that he does not have a picture of.

This is the one I have, so it appears that it's that first yellow one on
    the link.

Especially with the PP. Though I probably made a typo on the numbers
entering 55A instead of 58A when I copied it to my spreadsheet.

Jugue    Downbeats & Johnny Amelio    Blue Moon    45-PP-40455A Downbeats                 Downbeats & Johnny Amelio    Blue Moon
    45-PP-40558B

Furthermore, Santa Clara is the next town over, only about 5 miles away,
and this is the only Blue Moon label I have, or even aware of any other
    Blue Moon label.
