Don't know about the big wheel part--I never heard of him before, and he doesn't have a Wikipedia entry--but apparently he was a singing
evangelist. Born 1936, died in 2008.
That's what made me add the "big wheel" bit. I'm sure I remember reading something about him some time ago in a UK paper or magazine, He'd need
to have a modicum of recognition to get a writeup over here
