transgender politics, interviews a lawyer who insists that California's accomodation law for athletes based on gender identity conflicts with
Title IX.
But I thought, in recent Supreme Court cases, "on the basis of sex" from
Title VII was expanded to include gender identity in Bostock and related
cases. Wouldn't the same logic apply to Title IX?
