The English are mildly anti-Semitic and always have been. The cop in the >video isn't necessarily acting on orders from the Interior ministry but
more likely reflects general attitudes among the population.
My mother in law's parents immigrated to Canada and came from Kielce,
Poland.
One thing I do NOT draw to her attention is that practically the first
thing that happened in Kielce once the Nazis were driven out was a
pogrom ...... apparently the Red Army was quite surprised.
That said she herself is a very nice old lady who next month will
cause me to be away from here for 2 weeks for a family gathering to
honour her 90th birthday. (My inlaws all live in southern Ontario -
which is not all that surprising given where I met my wife. For what
it's worth for the last 3 years she's been contributing to annual
masses for her daughter, my late wife - which is about the only time I
go to mass, not being Catholic myself after all)
