• I am home

From anim8rfsk@21:1/5 to All on Thu Jan 2 03:56:00 2025
After 53 days in hospitals and rehab centers.

Unfortunately, for rat, the La-Z-Boy recliner is in the living room and the plasma is in the family room so I’m still not gonna be watching much TV.

    But I am home.

And thank you all for the well wishes. :-)

Ah, but you have the iPad so there's an option for watching some TV.
Just not with the big picture.

And thank you all for the well wishes. :-)

Glad to have you back to normal or close enough. Wouldn't wish your
experience on anyone as just being stuck in a hospital is bad enough
without considering the reasons one gets stuck there.

That's great news, Fred! Here's hoping you finish your recovery quickly
and with a minimum of discomfort so that you can get back to your TV
    soon ;-)

    Happy New Year!

    That is indeed good news.

Is there anyone you can get to set up even a cheap TV for you in the
living room? (You can get shitty TVs pretty cheap from Best Buy these
    days...)

I'm also back from Colorado and Utah, so I have access to my laptop
    again. :)

Doesn't Best Buy even offer the service to set up a TV for you. Though
the question is does the living room have the hook ups for the TV? If
not then you need someone like the cable company to do the setup,
unless he goes wireless. If he can go wireless then there are many
streaming services that would work as we've talked about before.

I'm also back from Colorado and Utah, so I have access to my laptop
    again. :)

    Welcome back.
