the citizenship law changed so that he could regain his US citizenship
and did) - I was even conceived in the US.... but none of that applies
to Musk.

Based on what I saw during the campaign (among other things I watched
the VP debate and saw him in action on election night) I definitely
wouldn't rule out Vance as a presidential candidate in 4 or 8 years
but Musk can't run for the presidency any more than former California
governor Ah-nold can.
