No doubt that's had a "chilling effect" but helping the burning gal doesn't really
put one in danger, just throw your coat over her and smother the flames. Unlike
one dumbass I saw in the vid, who was _waving his coat_ at the burning gal, fanning the flames and making it worse... guess he didn't want to damage his nice jacket.
Also, apparently the attacker is an illegal Guatemalan migrant who had already
been caught and deported in the past.
