Fair enough - but if someone has gone through male puberty and
subsequently transitioned they've got the male skeleton which DOESN'T
change with a transition. If Lew Alcindor aka Kareem Abdul-Jabbar were
to transition at say age 20 he/she would retain their physique and
presumably their reflexes which had to be outstanding for him to
achieve what he did on the court.
Or even a second tier NBA player (aka "journeyman")
