I do love this episode. It's the closest thing to an official Star Trek/MST3K >crossover we're ever likely to get.

You say that, but then in the very first "holodeck gone wrong" episode, they said if they did that, it might erase the real people along with the
holograms. Which makes no sense and is absolutely INSANE.
