The title pretty much says it all. As A QUIET PLACE: DAY ONE observes
the advent of the nasty creatures who hunt by sound, it recalls the mood
of other invasion flicks like WAR OF THE WORLDS (2005) and CLOVERFIELD.
Although more fiction than science, it suffices. Mostly recommended.

In a list where would "Day One" rank with the previous two "Quiet Place" films ?

The original was the best, as it was original. From what little I
recall of the second, I'd rate this one higher, for its atmosphere.
(Atmosphere is what kept 'The Walking Dead' watchable for so long.)
